This agreement, between Rebecca Branham, Danielle Ralston doing business under Be Boss Girl, LLC as part of the family of companies including Building Successful Entrepreneurs Academy (herein named as COACHES) and (herein named CLIENT), for the Building Successful Entrepreneur Academy coaching package.

You agree to Pay $997/month for the VIP for 12 months.


Cancellation Policy:
The fee will be refundable on a prorated basis in the event of major long-term illness or another serious emergency which prevents completion of the course.
If you need to cancel at any time:
You will lose immediate access to all content and programs
You will owe a close of contract amount of $2,991 which is equal to 3-months of the program before billing will be discontinued.
If this amount is not paid in full upon notice of contract closure invoice, you will continue to be billed at the full amount of the remaining year program
Any collection actions needing to be taken will be the full billed amount remaining for the year plus all the cost of collection proceeding fees (up to $1500).

The service provided to the CLIENT by the COACHES is business COACHING, as designed jointly with the CLIENT. COACHING, which is not directive advice, counseling, or therapy, may address overall goals, specific projects, or general conditions in the CLIENT's life or profession. COACHING services may include setting priorities, establishing goals, identifying resources, brainstorming, creating action plans, asking clarifying questions, and providing models, examples, and in-the-moment skills training. The COACHES promises that all information provided by the CLIENT will be kept strictly confidential, as permissible by law.

Throughout the relationship, the COACH will engage in direct and personal conversations with the CLIENT, which will include asking questions and making requests of additional steps. The purpose of these interactions is to remind the CLIENT of his/her own intentions, and COACH him/her to realize them. For our relationship to achieve the maximum result, the COACHES asks that the CLIENT agree to the following:

1. This program is going to require you to do some hard work. We are here to support you but 90% of your goal outcome is dependent on the work you put into it.

2. Be honest and participate fully and come prepared for sessions.

3. Make a commitment to the action plans you create and do what you have agreed to do.

4. If you see that the program is not working as you desire, communicate feedback to the COACHES to better address desired goals so that we can modify things for your needs to the best of our ability.

Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the COACHES makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the COACHES be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the COACHs' entire liability under this agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the COACHES under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date.

This is the entire agreement of the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.

If a dispute arises out of this agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the Client and COACH agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice given. No refunds will be given for anything acts of God once you have signed into and begun the program.

The CLIENT's checkout of this product indicates compliance with the above requests, and understanding of the services to be provided.
